Exploration Dungeons in Aion 2 provide another route for collecting materials and developing a character, but repeated runs do not always produce the same Kina return. Aion 2 Kinah remains an important part of equipment progression and everyday spending, making changes to dungeon rewards worth understanding before planning a farming routine. The November 4 update improves rewards in Draupnir, Vakron Sky Island, and Ferocious Horn Den, while also adjusting the cumulative run thresholds used to calculate Kina rewards. These changes are especially relevant to players who regularly complete Exploration content and want to understand how their returns change as the number of weekly runs increases.
The three affected dungeons receive reward adjustments intended to make character progression more manageable, including when finding a party becomes difficult. Their available rewards are increased to match those offered in Normal difficulty in several areas. Players can obtain increased amounts of Bound Kina, Enhance Stones, Silentium, and Soul Codex, while Amplify Stone Fragment (Unique) is added to the reward pool. Refining Stones and crafting materials also become available in the same quantities as Normal difficulty.
There is an important restriction attached to part of this change. Refining Stones and crafting materials obtained through the adjusted Exploration rewards will be Bound and cannot be traded. Players collecting these materials for personal equipment development can still make use of them, but they should not treat the increased supply as an opportunity to build a tradable inventory. The distinction matters when comparing Exploration with other activities that may provide resources with different trading restrictions.
The update also changes the number of runs required to receive guaranteed rewards and the number of available runs. Both are adjusted to match the corresponding Conquest values. This makes the reward structure more consistent between the two content types, although players should still check the available run counters in-game rather than assume every dungeon follows an identical entry arrangement.
The cumulative Kina reward thresholds are another important part of the update. From zero to 40 Exploration runs, players receive 100% of the applicable Kina reward. Runs 41 through 50 receive 80%, while runs 51 through 60 receive 60%. The rate then drops to 40% for runs 61 through 70, followed by 20% from run 71 onward.
These thresholds mean that the value of repeated runs gradually decreases as the cumulative count increases. A player completing a small number of runs receives the full Kina amount, while someone who continues farming beyond the early range earns a smaller percentage from later runs. This does not mean that later attempts become completely worthless, since equipment and other materials can still matter. It does mean that Kina-focused farming requires more attention to the cumulative counter.
The reward reduction also changes how players should compare different dungeon activities. If the main objective is to collect Kina, completing the most suitable runs before reaching the lower reward brackets can be more efficient than repeating one Exploration Dungeon without considering the accumulated total. Once the Kina percentage drops, the other rewards become more important when deciding whether another run is worthwhile.
Players should also avoid judging a dungeon entirely by its Kina return. Enhance Stones, Silentium, Soul Codex, and Amplify Stone Fragments can all contribute to character development, depending on the current upgrade requirements. A run that provides a reduced Kina reward may still be useful if it supplies a material needed for an important equipment improvement. The practical value of each attempt therefore depends on the character's immediate progression needs, not only the currency percentage.
Party availability is another reason the reward adjustment matters. The update specifically aims to support progression even when finding a group is difficult. Improved Exploration rewards give players more flexibility when they cannot consistently access a full party or complete higher-level content. However, the increased reward pool does not remove the need to consider difficulty and completion time. A run that takes too long or has a low chance of success may be less useful than a more reliable activity with rewards suited to the character.
A sensible approach is to review the available Exploration runs, check the cumulative Kina threshold, and decide which materials are currently needed. Players who are close to an equipment upgrade may prioritize the relevant material rewards, while those focusing on currency should pay closer attention to the percentage received from each run. This keeps the farming routine connected to a clear objective instead of relying on repetition alone.
The November 4 changes make Draupnir, Vakron Sky Island, and Ferocious Horn Den more relevant to ongoing character progression by improving their reward pools and aligning certain run requirements with Conquest. At the same time, the cumulative Kina thresholds encourage players to balance currency collection with the value of other dungeon rewards. Understanding both parts of the system can make repeated Exploration runs more productive. Players reviewing their currency options may also search for buy Aion 2 Kina, while in-game farming decisions should still account for Bound materials, run limits, and the reduced Kina percentages at higher cumulative totals. The way people approach their interests can change over time, influenced by personal priorities and practical circumstances. Having access to different sources can make it easier to adapt when those needs change.
